Terms and licence

Super Algo Kit is a collection of reusable agent skills, agent sets, workflows, prompts, and supporting materials for building software in a purchaser’s own projects. Access is licensed to the named purchaser for commercial and non-commercial development. The kit may be adapted inside your projects, but it may not be resold, republished, sublicensed, or shared outside the licensed access.

Access delivery, update scope, refund rules, seller identity, and applicable law should be stated in the final merchant terms connected to the checkout.

Privacy

Collect only information needed to process an order, deliver access, provide support, and improve the product. Do not place broker credentials, API secrets, account statements, or other private trading data into public-facing forms or support messages.

A production privacy notice should identify the data controller, retention period, processors, user rights, security measures, and support contact for the jurisdiction where the product is sold.

Trading-risk boundary

Super Algo Kit is development software and workflow content. It is not investment advice, a signal service, a broker, a portfolio manager, or a promise of performance. It does not manage an account, send signals, or place orders for you.

Trading involves substantial risk, including possible loss of capital. You remain responsible for your strategies, data quality, code review, security, credentials, infrastructure, compliance obligations, testing, paper-trading evidence, and any decision to connect software to a live account.

Support

Support and repository-access details should be supplied with the final purchase flow. Until then, treat this page as the product’s boundary summary, not as a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
